Municipal Services Project

Municipal Services project is a research project that explores alternatives to privatization in the world. They asked us to create 3 educational videos to show the effects of privatization on public services such as electricity, health, and sanitation in Africa, Asia and Latin America. We came up with the idea of an illustration puzzle, progressively assembled to illustrate what the voice-over is explaining.
